This is a luxury edition of our basic 12ga paper cartridge kit. It holds 20 paper shells and allows you to build and fill your cartridges before setting in the projectiles.  It is a big help when you are making a lot of cartridges because for many projectiles, you will get glue on your fingers. This makes it very difficult to form the shells without headaches.
